Yes, this recipe title is quite long. But all of the descriptors are important! The brown butter makes this cookie taste nutty and almost toffee-like; the oatmeal give it a great chewy texture; and the chocolate chips are self explanatory. The longer name of this cookie is “Brown Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie with a Sprinkle of Sea Salt” but that pushed it over the limit. But seriously, don’t forget the sprinkle of sea salt.
